I am looking for a Digital Marketing and CRM Manager for an Irish commercial organisation. Our client is going through a period of growth and development and is looking for a digital superstar to lead their digital strategy in this new role.

Reporting to the marketing director you will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated multi-channel digital marketing strategy within the Retail side of the business.

The Role:

• We are looking for a candidate who can identify digital sales opportunities, leading the ideation process and bring these opportunities to life to maximise sales
• You will manage the multi-channel optimisation to ensure an integrated customer experience
• Working cross functionally with marketing, brand and product manager to bring services online.
• Working with the marketing team on the successful development of a new CRM system
• Manage the customer loyalty programme to retail customers.

You:

You will have a business related degree and at least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within a commercial or retail environment.  You will have a strong understanding of online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice, as well as experience in running CRM marketing activities.
