The role: 

The successful candidate will play a key role in the digital team and will be responsible for optimising and personalising the end to end customer journey from acquisition through to care.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Driving improvements in our acquisition strategy from click to life-time-value through data driven improvements and multivariate testing.

  • Helping to implement a culture of continuous testing and data driven improvement in the team.

  • Creation of analytics tags with working experience with tag management solutions (Tealium, Adobe DTM, Google Tag manager)

  • WebSite Analytics – Complete analysis on current state for defined site sections to identify opportunities for improvement and create general success metrics based upon the defined business objectives.

  • Creation of automated dashboards to measure KPIs and help the team perform data validation.

  • Assisting management with Analytics platform and ensure tracking and reporting is functioning optimally.

Essential:

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, internal stakeholder

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel

  • Extensive experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics a plus)

  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and basic computer programming

  • Experience with online testing platforms such as Adobe Target

  • Experience creating and maintaining operational/Marketing data quality monitoring processes

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot web analytics platform configuration issues. Understand all aspects of analytics implementation (tags, sCode, plug-ins, and server call types, cookies, link tracking, JavaScript, HTML & packet sniffing.

  • 3 years of extensive analytical work experience, working with data to identify trends and make recommendations in a consumer insights/research function.

  • Proven ability to work cooperatively and proactively with staff inside and outside the department.

  • Proven track record in high productivity and meeting deadlines.

  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication.
