Alternatives are currently working with an established and successful tech e-commerce company recruiting a Demand Generation Manager to join their rapidly scaling business.

This is a full-time role with fully remote or hybrid options that will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

What you will do:

  • Managing performance across all digital advertising channels (SEM, SEO, Website and Partner Sites) to optimise resource allocation for delivery of agreed KPIs.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to maximise potential for pipeline growth from events including conferences, roundtables, webinars, and bespoke hosted events.
  • KPIs across owned and paid media.
  • Analysing the acquisition funnel to drive ABM continuous improvements to hit new customer acquisition metrics.
  • Working with the wider team and external stakeholders on content strategy and compelling content generation.
  • Building an effective SEO strategy to be delivered through our content team.

 

What you need to do the job:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a data driven demand generation role preferably marketing to enterprise and mid-market targets.
  • Background in managing a multichannel strategy with significant budgets to drive demand generation activity resulting in effective and efficient pipeline generation
  • Strong analytical skills and drive for optimisation
  • Expert knowledge of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and successful implementation
  • Proficient in relevant MarTech stacks such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce etc.
