We are working with a quadruple play utility firm and they are looking to source a customer relationship manager for a 10 month contract and an immediate start.
This role is all about reducing churn and the key skill-set they are looking for is customer retention.
As part of that over-arching KPI you will be an expert in CRM, owning the customer's voice, running a life-cycle based communications plan and developing content across multiple customer touch points that increase advocacy.
You will be required to work cross functionally in a role like this, but it does report into the marketing department. So it is a mix of CRM, retention, customer experience, communications and product management.
