Job description

Customer Insight Manager - CX required for well-known financial services organisation.

As Customer Insight Manager - CX you will report into the Head of Customer Experience and manage a team of two, sitting on a wider Customer Experience team of 9.

Focusing on customer experience insights specifically, you will be responsible for disseminating data from an internal dashboard measuring all customer interactions, deriving insights, interrogating the data with a curious mind and delivering a compelling story back to senior management.

To be considered for this position you will need:
  • Senior level experience in insight generation
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Proven track record in deriving insights from data with a customer experience focus
  • Examples of investigating the “why” behind certain results to complete the full picture
