An international charity, part of a global movement for change is looking to recruit a CRM Executive for an initial 6 month contract. As the CRM executive you will contribute to the running of their supporter engagement programme optimising relationships with all donors, fundraisers and volunteers, inspiring continued loyalty and deeper engagement with the charity.
- You will develop a range of communications distributed to supporters across several channels.
- Support the management of external telemarketing agencies through quality control and ensuring correct message is being delivered
- Coordination of key loyalty mailings including, copy development, design, print and postage through internal teams.
- CRM Experience is a MUST
- Strong numerical and reporting skills required
- Previous experience working in a fundraising role with accountability for financial targets a plus
