Commercial Director – Spirits
A great opportunity to play a leading role with a fast growth, premium spirits company. As a key member of the senior management team you will play a significant role in building and improving route to market internationally; increasing sales in existing and new markets, ensuring the continued profitability of the company, supporting the development and introduction of new whiskey expressions as well as contributing at senior management strategy level.
- Develop the commercial plan that successfully executes the company strategy.
- Build and maintain successful relationships with distributor partners globally.
- Build world class marketing and promotional plans for the portfolio in key markets.
- An extensive background in commercial management at a senior level in the International spirits business
- An excellent knowledge of the global distribution network in spirits and relationships with the key distributors in primary markets
- Experience in managing P&L and complex structures.
- Third level success in business related field, ideally with International languages.
