Ireland's fastest growing utilities company is looking to recruit a Marketing Campaign Manager / Campaign Planner into the Marketing team. You will develop and implement campaigns to drive segmented acquisition and retention programmes. This will happen through a blend of measurable and relevant campaigns across multiple channels.
The candidate will possess strong communication skills and ability to influence senior management and key stakeholders. The candidate will be experienced in managing multiple priorities and in developing and leading process change.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered effectively, to deadline and deliver against business objectives.
- Develop the campaign road map and contact rules, create business cases and deliver against agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Retention, Customer Service, Digital) to ensure campaign coordination and effectiveness.
- Supported by and manage the day to day activities of a campaign data analyst, track against budget, analyse ROI and the effectiveness of campaigns.
Business/IT/Marketing Degree Qualification
At least 5 years of campaign planning and technology marketing experience with proven experience designing, implementing and managing a schedule of campaigns.
Ability to work to tight deadlines multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to interact comfortably with internal stakeholders and manage conflicting SLAs.
Call centre experience preferably Telco
Experience of managing 3rd party agencies
Proficiency in Excel and good overall technical knowledge of marketing automation
Salary – €50-60k
