Client Services Manager – Education Partnerships (Ireland)

Alternatives is excited to partner with a leading multinational professional services organization to fill a Client Services Manager position focused on education partnerships in Ireland. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a hybrid work model with a Dublin 1 base.

The Role:
In this role, you'll be a key player in fostering strong relationships with educational institutions, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for our organization. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives that expand our reach within the education sector.

• Partner with internal teams to create and deliver effective engagement plans for educational partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Identify and cultivate promising opportunities for collaboration with educational institutions.
• Leverage your network and research skills to propose potential partners aligned with our strategic goals.
• Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with educational partners, fostering a collaborative ecosystem.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure successful implementation and utilization of our solutions and expertise.
• Proactively support partners in navigating changes and updates to our offerings.

The Candidate:
We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for fostering successful partnerships within the educational landscape.
•    Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•    Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the education sector.
•    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport.
•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving measurable results.
•    Global perspective and experience working in a collaborative environment preferred.
