Alternatives is working exclusively with a global and leading telecommunications group to appoint a CRM Campaign Manager.
- You'll have expertise in Unica / IBM marketing cloud / another similar campaign systems and lead the build, management & definition of customer campaigns for largely inbound but also outbound customer engagement (BTL activities).
- Lead the Campaign team who define, drive and implement the data component of marketing campaigns in accordance with Base Management plans and Campaign Brief specifications.
- Develop and manage the journey and campaigns schedule, ensuring the Consumer & Business Retention Management plans are delivered on time and to specification across all channels.
- Primarily working in SMS, email & outbound call mediums across B2C & occasionally B2B segments- you'll be critical in driving a hand-in-hand relationship with base planning.
- Experience in Teradata or other large scale data management sources would be fantastic as well as a proactive and problem solving acumen.
- You love bringing Customer Experience to life through well timed and actioned campaigns & you'll love working with a talented team with a great manager.
