Brand Engagement Manager

An attractive opportunity has arisen to join one of Ireland’s most iconic brands in a brand engagement role based in their Belfast office. This role will be responsible for leading the “Customer first” agenda, developing brand engagement strategies that are viable, authentic and successful to the customer.

This company has made no secret of their ambitions to build best in class customer engagement and communications that will stand out from their competitors. This has been a hugely successful journey so far and this role will play a large part in continuing that.

Your key responsibilities…

• Develop and manage the segment brand strategy across traditional and new marketing touch-points to connect with the consumer and achieve brand KPIs.
• Develop and manage customer-first acquisition brand strategies which build on the brand’s core idea and which leverage the correct touch-points.
• Working closely with Customer Segment Strategy and Proposition Design colleagues, lead the development of new holistic engagement programmes that connect with and amaze our customers.
• Understand the customer, industry and market trends and drive for new and innovative ways to build customer loyalty in the market place.
• Create an overall culture of high performance, characterised by a team that is aligned, where roles have clear accountability and team members are highly engaged and encouraged to maximise their potential and deliver high performance

Your profile…

To be considered for this position, you must have experience working in a senior commercial role where you have demonstrated commercial acumen, strategic thinking and planning.

You will need to have worked in a large blue chip brand within a senior brand marketing manager or head of brand role.

You will need to be (and be seen) as a creative problem solver with the ability to create solutions for the customer’s needs.
