Celebrating the Best in Irish Marketing at the 2025 MII AIM Awards

The annual MII AIM Awards are a standout event in the Irish marketing calendar, and this year’s ceremony once again showcased the brilliance, creativity, and innovation that defines our industry.
The evening brought together leading marketers, agencies, and brands to celebrate outstanding achievement across all areas of marketing. From digital innovation to brand storytelling, small business success to sustainability leadership — the awards recognised the full spectrum of marketing excellence in Ireland today.
A Big Night for Diageo and Industry Leaders
One of the night’s most celebrated teams was Diageo, who took home an incredible five awards, a testament to their commitment to bold ideas, strategic execution, and brand brilliance. A particular highlight was Liam El Sibai being awarded Emerging Talent of the Year; a fantastic recognition of rising leadership in Irish marketing. Alternatives were delighted to judge this award again this year.
Team of the Year went to Mark Brennan and Allianz Ireland, while the prestigious Grand Prix was awarded to Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN) and Opinions for a campaign that delivered powerful results and real business impact.
