Strategic Marketing & Customer Insights Manager with

Strategic Marketing and Customer Insights Manager required for well-known organisation.

As a senior member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for:

Developing strategies for customer solutions to drive growth across business units in Ireland, Northern Ireland and GB
Leading on insights generation
Reporting back to relevant teams on insights that inform new product development, product renovation, marketing plans, campaigns, brand strategies and customer communications
Setting KPIs for customer experience and continually monitor performance in this area

To be considered for this position you will need:

A solid background in strategic planning and marketing, proving you have delivered strong strategic plans based on insights
Management of research and insights projects
Excellent stakeholder management skills, proving excellent communication skills in reporting insights back to the business with a commercial approach
