Introduction
Alternatives is delighted to be partnering with a Global Professional Services company to find a Senior Social Media Executive.
This is a permanent hybrid position based in Dublin 2. Not only is there a competitive salary but also a competitive remuneration package including holidays, health, insurance and performance rewards.
Role and responsibilities
- Working with the Head of Digital Marketing and Campaign Managers, supporting strategizing, planning and implementing engaging and innovative social media campaigns and BAU communications across key social channels.
- Support with the planning, management and optimisation of our paid social media activity.
- Prepare detailed briefs and work closely with our in-house creative team to bring innovative and strategic brand-aligned social media assets to life.
- Lead on social media reporting and measurement, ensuring that social content activity strategy is rooted in performance, continuously evaluated, and demonstrates ROI.

- Work closely and collaboratively with our service line leads and source opportunities to bring our diverse offerings to life and inspire our internal and external audiences.
- Monitor channel and campaign performance.
- Manage social media tools and platforms to gather insight about conversations and trends relevant to the company.
- Be a social media brand champion across the company and develop cross functional relationships and advocacy with senior stakeholders for initiatives.
- Responsible for ensuring alignment to tone of voice, brand, regulatory guidelines and social media guidelines for all activity

Experience, Skills and Competencies
- A degree in Marketing/or a business-related degree; or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years’ experience in social media channel management, content creation and campaign. delivery, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
- Extensive knowledge of the social landscape, online behaviours and how to communicate across the various platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in the delivery of impactful paid social media activity and campaigns.
- A strong background in leading on social media reporting, with a laser focus on KPIs and using actionable insights to influence future activities.
- Experience with using social media reporting/brand listening and keyword research tools.
- Strong time and project management skills
- Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements.
