Market Research Specialist
This is an exceptional opportunity for a market research specialist to join an international organisation as part of their Irish team. Reporting into the consumer insights manager, you will be delivering strategic insights/analysis to inform brand building and the innovation development. You will recommend and implement the best and most-cost-effective learning plan in the key markets. The role will include working in close collaboration with the Marketing team, product team, regional teams, commercial team and R&D.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Accountability for brand tracking and brand image
- Implement and analyse the studies
- Provide data for business reviews
- Support the data team with quality data to inform the dashboards
- Recommend and implement the innovation research plan
- Identify knowledge gaps
- Provide strategic insights and analysis to inform concept and product development
- Support claim substantiation
- Seek for new methodologies and partners
- Monitor data quality
- Support data team and marketing regional teams in measuring effectiveness of key assets (advertising, partnerships, promotions etc…)
- Monitor consumer insight budget by managing the PO’s and ensuring & reporting

To be considered for the role, you must have the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Economic or related discipline
- +5 years of experience in Primary Market Research (international scope/ B2B2C are a plus)
- Strong set of research skills and proven first-hand experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques on innovation and brand and media studies
- Fluency in English is essential (both verbal and written)
