Head of Marketing

Our client is a leading loyalty marketing company with operations in Ireland and the United States. The group has a track record of over 30 years in online and direct loyalty marketing.

The company white labels online membership programs for major brands. These programs increase customer loyalty, add brand value and significant incremental revenue for its brand partners.

The company offers a fully integrated service that enables multi-channel delivery (email, web, mobile apps, SMS, print, full-service contact centres) with tracking and data analytics.

On their behalf we are searching for a dynamic and commercially focussed Head of Marketing to lead its marketing function across; acquisition, retention and engagement of consumers.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work with blue chip brand partners on acquisition and retention and execution.

Ideal candidate:

·         Commercially focused with entrepreneurial flair

·         Ability to think strategically but capable to drive delivery

·         Analytical – assesses performance and takes remedial action to drive improvements
