Are you an expert in Internal/Employee Communications? Do you want to work in a large FMCG company which are growing from strength to strength with lots of exciting developments over the last number of years.
We are seeking an Employee Communications Manager to take the lead in developing and rolling out initiatives identified to improve employee engagement with a strong awareness of the business strategy. You will create an effective communications plan and provide content for various communication channels, including written materials, electronic communications, presentations and events. You will leverage events to create and sustain a talking point around employee communications and make the company intranet more accessible to all employees. You will develop and sustain positive relationships with internal partners in support of employee engagement activities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver all employee communications clearly and succinctly. You will have the ability to engage employees using emotion and logic to communicate a persuasive vision and connect with people. You must have excellent presentation skills and be able to deliver presentations across all areas of the business. You will be creative, have excellent attention to detail with the ability to listen and develop strong insights.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with experience working with commercial (sales & marketing), operations or supply chain teams.
- Experience of partnering with and influencing a management team, with proven employee communication experience.
- Proven experience working with HRIS systems, e.g., SAP HR, PeopleSoft.
