Alternatives is working exclusively with a global and leading telecommunications group to appoint a CRM Campaign Specialist.

What are we looking for? A campaign GURU! 

• You'll have expertise in Unica / IBM marketing cloud / another similar campaign systems and lead the build, management & definition of customer campaigns for largely inbound but also outbound customer engagement (BTL activities). 
• Primarily working in SMS, email & outbound call mediums across B2C & occasionally B2B segments- you'll be critical in driving a hand-in-hand relationship with base planning. 
• Experience in Teradata or other large scale data management sources would be fantastic as well as a proactive and problem solving acumen. 
• You love bringing Customer Experience to life through well timed and actioned campaigns & you'll love working with a talented team with a great manager.
