Job description

Client Communications Manager required for leading financial services institution based in Dublin City on a permanent basis.

 

You will be joining a large marketing team, undergoing exciting redevelopment and vision. Reporting into the Brand and Marketing Strategy Director you will have responsibility for the following:

 

  • Reviewing all client communications across all divisions in the business
  • Putting in place a strategy for cohesive messaging and scheduling of communications
  • Improving communications processes
  • Implementing and educating internal stakeholders on brand guidelines, tone of voice and scheduling processes
  • Suggesting improvements in messaging software

 

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • A background in customer and lifecycle communications as well as branded comms
  • Financial services/utilities/telecommunications sector experience. Regulated industry experience will be important for this role
  • Excellent senior stakeholder management
