Senior director, with significant experience in regulated services industries, and who has operated at Board level, is available now on a full-time, contract or consulting basis. He is an ideal person to deliver high impact organisational transformation programmes.
He has led significant businesses, budgets and teams, in particular sales and marketing teams. He can bring strategic clarity to business and develop business strategies with differentiated business value propositions, that are customer focused.
He can lead a team to deliver strategy through effective operating models that deliver efficient bottom line growth, high customer satisfaction and competitive advantage. He is particularly skilled in building and delivering omni-channel sales organisations, distribution strategies and models, including end to end contact strategies.
He is highly personable with strong stakeholder management skills, and although strategic is not afraid to get stuck in to whatever challenge or project.
