- Collaborate with resourcing and other Directors to structure project work, plan and execute client proposals and pitches, and take responsibility for quality of service design and successful delivery of service design work
- Lead and manage the careers of designers and service design leads.
- Service mapping, service blueprinting, concept creation, road mapping, touch point strategy, stakeholder management
- Application of service design methodologies across all platforms
- At least 10 + years relevant industry experience.
- Prior experience with service design methodologies and their application, as well as designing applications that balance user needs, commercial interests and technological constraints.
- Lead service design projects and pitches as well as provide inspiring and credible direction to other designers
- Ensuring the highest level of innovation and creativity for the service design strategy and the concepts and user interfaces created.
- Good understanding of visual design, interaction design and various technology platforms.
