We are looking for a Senior Web Analyst to join a well-established, world renowned business at the forefront of innovation in Ireland.

Sitting on the Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising the reporting framework that will drive the insights needed to improve online platforms

Role: 

• Lead in the development of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Support Digital product teams in the development and maintenance of key operational reporting frameworks measuring KPIs
• Working with the Digital Technology Manager, own the specification, implementation and validation of tagging specs
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyse conversion funnel performance across the online portfolio

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in working with Adobe Analytics (Sitecatalyst) or Google Analytics
• 3+ years working in an ecommerce or online support environment
• High degree of pro-activeness in analysing customer behaviour using available data to influence changes on the website
• Strong Excel and SQL skills with experience in utilising data visualisation tools like Tableau
