Senior Marketing Specialist – Dublin 1 – (Hybrid)
Our client has a hugely dynamic and passionate consumer marketing team who make a significant impact on the growth of their business. They are a small team and currently looking to recruit an additional resource – a Senior Marketing Executive.
This role is hybrid, based in Dublin 1 (parking is available).
Day to day duties include -
Collaborating with creative and media partners to execute brand and trading campaigns across diverse consumer markets using both analogy and digital media channels.
Analysing campaign performance and effectiveness against specific KPIs, covering various channels such as digital, search, email, and social media.
Developing and enhancing the brand's online presence to boost engagement rates through targeted search and digital campaigns.
Crafting customer-facing content and copy in multiple languages across various touchpoints.
Supporting trade marketing communications, sales campaigns, and consumer sales events.
Assisting in the management of the marketing budget to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Keeping a close eye on competitor activities and staying updated on consumer buyer behaviour and evolving trends.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies:
Self-motivation, energy, and a positive 'can do' attitude, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Strong communication skills, with a knack for numbers and analytical thinking.
Effective collaboration and influencing capabilities.
2 + years of relevant experience in a commercially focused role.
A 3rd level qualification, preferably in business/marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in coordinating with external agencies and suppliers.
Proficiency in design and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), analytics (e.g., Google search and data applications, including GA4), and engaging communications via email and social media.
Successful experience in selling to international consumers (UK, EU), with a focus on communications, digital media, and driving commercial growth.
