A leading utilities company are seeking a Reward/Loyalty Manager for a permanent position. Reporting into the Head of Marketing this role offers a huge amount of career growth for a marketer specialising in loyalty management.

The focus for this position is on retention of customers through an established rewards programme with relationship management of commercial Partnerships. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a significant rewards programme which will require the establishment and management of major commercial partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with Insights and analytics in the development of this strategy and there will be at least one direct report with the potential for this to grow.

You will need at least six years experience as a Reward/Loyalty Manager where you have been responsible for the development and successful implementation of this strategy. You will have a strong background in TTL marketing activity with an excellent commercial awareness. You must also have experience working with a strong brand where you have managed key stakeholder relationships and worked in a cross-functional capacity.
