Loyalty and Marketing Manager required for a maternity cover contract within the utilities sector.

Reporting into the Brand and Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for integrated communications to customers and management of their loyalty programme. This is a large team and there are 7 direct reports to this role.

Marketing communications span ATL, BTL, CRM and digital channels and so, strong skills in agency management, internal stakeholder and budget management are required.

To be eligible for this role you must have:

• Approx. 6 years TTL marketing experience
• Experience in managing/overseeing retention or loyalty programmes
• Line management skills
• CRM: database management and lifecycle communications experience
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and people management skills
