Proposition Manager

A leading Dublin city centre-based organisation is seeking a proposition manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position in the business responsible for identifying, developing and bringing to market customer led propositions.

You will be responsible for bringing new products to market through their full lifecycle – ideation through to delivery. Key to this role is a keen ability to identify trends and insights, the ability to develop product development plans, and to clearly articulate customer needs, product benefits and revenue opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you must have proven propositions and product development experience, in a services business within B2C. A strong customer focus with the ability to work with and influence key stakeholders is essential.
