A Project Analyst is required to join a leading public sector organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a new role that will be key in progressing the client transformation agenda as part of organisations strategy driving recovery and sustainable growth.

This is a hybrid role with excellent flexibility, and can be based out of Dublin, Cork, Galway, Waterford, Limerick or Athlone office.

Role Overview:
This would suit someone who has a strong background in analysing trends/data in the market and experienced in communicating and influencing clients/internal colleagues to implement colleagues in using data for positive change. Reporting to the Manager of Digitalisation, you will analyse data, develop value propositions, and engage with clients to support their transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and present data from sources like Power BI to identify trends and support transformation targets.
  • Client Engagement: Assist Project Executives in interpreting data for clients and create pathways for their growth.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with internal teams to assess and optimize sustainability, R&D, and talent initiatives for client sites.
  • Information Management: Maintain best practices in data management and update the Salesforce system with research insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Level 8 degree in business, data analytics, or related field.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel.
