Job description

Marketing Manager

North Dublin | Permanent | Retail

A well-established retail business is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns.

This role would suit a commercially focused marketer who enjoys bringing together different teams, managing multiple workstreams and turning business objectives into effective customer-facing activity.

You will have responsibility for the full campaign cycle—from initial planning and briefing through to launch, measurement and review. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will ensure activity is coordinated, commercially relevant and delivered to a consistently high standard.

What you will be doing

  • Creating and managing an integrated marketing calendar aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Leading campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Developing briefs and working with internal teams, agencies and commercial partners.
  • Coordinating timelines, budgets, approvals and campaign deliverables.
  • Ensuring campaigns are consistent across customer communications, stores and digital channels.
  • Agreeing campaign objectives and measures of success.
  • Reviewing performance and applying insights to future activity.
  • Maintaining consistency across brand presentation, messaging and tone.
  • Representing the customer perspective in campaign and business decisions.
  • Building strong relationships across a busy, multi-stakeholder retail environment.

What we are looking for

You will bring approximately five years’ experience in a broad marketing or campaign management role, ideally gained within retail, consumer goods or another fast-paced customer environment.

You should have:

  • Experience planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage deadlines, budgets and competing priorities.
  • Experience across creative, media, digital and customer communications.
  • A commercial mindset and an understanding of how marketing supports sales and growth.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
  • The ability to use campaign data and customer insights to inform decisions.
  • A practical approach, with the initiative to identify issues and keep delivery moving.

This is a hands-on role with genuine ownership and visibility across the business. It offers the opportunity to shape how campaigns are planned and delivered within a high-profile retail environment.
