Alternatives is happy to partner with Irelands leading conference and event venue to hire a Marketing Executive. This a permanent hybrid position based in Dublin City Centre
As Marketing Executive you will provide general support on all marketing and communications activity, with specific responsibility for a number of key projects, to help deliver the annual Marketing and Communications plan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Direct Marketing Campaigns & Brand Collateral
• Support the planning, development, and delivery of external communications to key prospects, including updating and procuring data, copywriting/design through to fulfilment and monitoring results. 
• Manage existing brand collateral stock and organise re-ordering in line with business requirements, including the development of new collateral for the business (design and print).
• Manage development of outputs from Customer Touchpoints for all areas of the business.
• Manage email marketing strategy and development of e-zine communications platforms, design and content.
• Manage all award campaigns including drafting submissions, developing campaign concepts for voting through to delivery.

2. Business Marketing Support & Communications 
• Deliver all the marketing requirements of exhibiting at international trade shows during the year.  
• Act as the marketing business partner for internal customers.
• Support the Dept. Head in the delivery of the communications plan (internal and external), including identifying and developing case studies and testimonials and updating and supporting internal channels.

Person specification:
• Professional qualification in marketing (traditional or digital).
• Minimum 1 years marketing  experience (including copywriting, campaign management, digital marketing) 
• Excellent use of grammar in all written communication
• Proven ability in copywriting and proof-reading
• Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines 

Skills and Competencies 
• Computer literacy 
• Experience of web-based marketing tools and CMS
• Graphic design would be an advantage
• Brand / campaign management
• PR / corporate comms
• Customer centric
