Internal Communications Manager

A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join its corporate team in Dublin.

This is a high-profile opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded communications professional to shape and deliver internal communications across a large, multi-site and fast-paced business environment.

Working closely with senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving employee engagement, supporting organisational change and ensuring clear, consistent communication across the wider business.

The role will suit someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and is comfortable influencing across multiple teams, stakeholders and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities and organisational goals

  • Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, communications plans and engagement initiatives

  • Lead communications activity across change, transformation and business-critical projects

  • Create clear, engaging and audience-focused communications across multiple channels

  • Support leadership teams with communication planning and employee engagement initiatives

  • Use insight and analytics to continuously improve communication effectiveness

  • Build strong relationships across leadership, communications and wider business teams

About You

  • Significant experience in internal communications within a large or complex organisation

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with confidence operating at senior leadership level

  • Proven experience supporting organisational change or transformation initiatives

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information

  • Commercially aware, proactive and delivery focused

  • Strong judgement, resilience and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
