Internal Communications Manager required for fast paced semi-state organisation with a broad remit and large workforce with whom to communicate on a range of topics.

This a fantastic opportunity to join a large organisation, driving internal communications across diverse topics such as senior leadership engagement, sustainability and diversity, with a focus on employee engagement communications. This role offers the ability to get involved in multiple projects, work closely with the Head of Group Internal Communications and deliver on a busy agenda of internal communications.

It is a fast-paced environment and so our client is keen to find someone passionate about internal communications and progressing the function to the next level. They are an award-winning team and have brought the function a long way in a short space of time, giving team members autonomy and responsibility to really drive initiates across the business.

To be considered for this position you will need:

• A strong work ethic and passion for delivering best in class internal communications
• Internal communications experience (if part of a broader Communications role, it should include delivery of tangible results)
• Large organisation experience ideally (to allow for a smooth transition with the scale of this organisation)
