Internal Communications Manager required for well-known utilities organisation based in Dublin City.

Joining a large organisation (1,600 staff), this is a busy internal communications role, working heavily on leadership communications. With that in mind, exposure to and management of communications for C-Suite level will be important for this role.  

As Internal Communications Manager you will report into the Head of Internal Communications, working alongside two internal communications specialists. They are a busy team, newly formed and so involvement in setting up internal communications structures and processes will be part of the role also.

To be considered for this position you will need:
Approx. 6+ years’ experience in an internal communications role specifically
Proven track record of managing communications for senior management
Excellent people skills, very good at building internal relationships
Used to working at a fast pace
