Head of Sales Marketing 

We are looking for a commercially-minded, creative mastermind who is passionate about making a significant impact and eager to take on a key role in driving this company's success.

This is a leadership position that is primarily focused on driving revenue growth through a strategic and innovative approach. As a vital member of the senior management team, you will assume responsibility for the revenue growth agenda, leading the implementation of a growth-oriented sales and marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with management to drive profitable revenue growth, establish revenue-focused KPIs to track progress, and report to the board on a monthly basis.
This company is making significant strides in growth and expansion, introducing innovative and sustainable solutions and venturing into new markets in Ireland and the UK. They are currently searching for a Head of Sales Marketing to join their senior management team.

Key Attributes
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • A recognised qualification in marketing with at least four years’ digital marketing and management experience.
  • Experience of developing and implementing an effective-sales and marketing strategy
  • Proven track record of delivering profitable revenue growth
  • Understands the sales cycle and how marketing can cultivate prospects and promote growth.
  • Can demonstrate a strong grasp of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to engage leads.
  • A track record of conceiving and implementing successful marketing campaigns, using a variety of channels and tactics.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and clearly communicate results and appropriate actions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and working to deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and people skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
