Head of Marketing
Job description
Our client, a high-growth consumer brand, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the next phase of its ambitious growth journey.
Reporting directly to the Founder, this is a pivotal leadership role with full ownership of the end-to-end marketing function. You will operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, shaping and delivering a commercially focused marketing strategy to support continued growth across domestic and international markets.
This opportunity will suit a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives in scaling consumer-focused businesses and can bring structure, pace and performance to a rapidly evolving organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team of circa 30 across brand, digital, eCommerce and content
- Deliver a commercially driven, metrics-led marketing strategy with clear ownership of performance, spend and ROI
- Drive eCommerce and digital growth across DTC, paid media and social commerce channels
- Lead brand, design and product marketing innovation, aligning creative with commercial outcomes
- Partner with external agencies to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns
- Support international expansion, ensuring campaigns resonate and scale across markets
- Introduce structure, governance and best practice while maintaining speed and agility
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product and commercial teams to shape overall business strategy
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
- Senior marketing leadership experience within a high-growth environment
- Background in consumer, DTC or eCommerce-led businesses
- Experience scaling brands internationally
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance channels and customer acquisition
- Exposure to both B2C and B2B2C models
- Proven ability to lead and develop large, multidisciplinary teams
- A strategic, hands-on approach with strong stakeholder influence
