A leading Irish organisation is seeking an experienced Group Marketing Communications Manager to join its Marketing & Customer Insights Leadership Team, playing a key role in how the organisation engages customers and markets during a significant period of transformation and growth.
This is a senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for translating business strategy into high-impact, insight-led marketing communications across multiple consumer and corporate brands. The successful candidate will lead a talented multidisciplinary team and work closely across brand, media, digital, product and compliance functions to deliver standout communications within a complex and regulated environment.
The role will also contribute to the continued evolution of a modern, high-performing marketing function, focused on effectiveness, innovation and long-term business impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a centralised marketing communications function across a large, complex organisation.
- Develop and deliver integrated communications strategies across mass media, digital and direct channels.
- Drive best-in-class creative and media strategies that strengthen brand engagement and deliver measurable results.
- Embed marketing effectiveness, customer insight and performance measurement into planning and investment decisions.
- Manage significant marketing budgets and agency partnerships with strong governance and accountability.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of approximately 15 marketing professionals.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, customer and operational functions.
Essential
- 10+ years’ experience in marketing communications, including significant senior leadership experience within a complex or regulated environment.
- Proven track record delivering impactful integrated marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent technical expertise across creative development, media strategy, digital marketing and campaign delivery.
- Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and budget oversight experience.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
- Professional qualifications in Marketing, Advertising or Communications.
- Leadership or people management development training.
- Passion for innovation, transformation and continuous improvement.
