Digital Marketing Strategy Manager
Job description
Our client, a large, customer-focused organisation is seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Manager to lead the development and performance of its digital channels, including a high-traffic website and social media platforms.
This is a key role within a broader Marketing and Communications function, responsible for shaping how customers and stakeholders engage across digital touchpoints.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Digital, this role will take ownership of digital strategy, channel performance and continuous improvement across web and social.
You will lead a small, high-performing team and play a central role in delivering engaging, accessible and insight-led digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the organisation’s digital strategy across website and social media

Own the roadmap for digital channels, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and user experience

Lead and develop a team of digital specialists

Oversee website performance, content and publishing workflows

Manage social media channels, including planning, publishing and community management
-
Ensure consistent, high-quality content across all digital touchpoints

Use data and insights to drive performance improvements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support wider communications and campaign activity

Monitor digital trends and introduce new tools and approaches where appropriate
About You
-
7+ years’ experience in digital marketing, digital communications or digital strategy roles
-
Strong experience managing websites and social media channels at scale

Experience leading or mentoring a small team

Strong understanding of content strategy, user experience and digital performance
-
Confident working with stakeholders across a business

Experience using CMS platforms and analytics tools

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership
