- Build and own the strategy for the consumer journey across all digital touchpoints focusing on customer recruitment, engagement and retention.
- Manage the website by defining a roadmap of evolutions/optimizations;
- Define the digital content strategy according to your users’ needs and aspirations to generate breakthrough ideas and initiatives & animate the contributors’ network for continual content updates and curation.
- Manage the brand social media channels presence with content development and daily operation to ensure brand awareness, follower recruitment and social engagement.
- Work closely with the brand tribe to synchronize the main communications and campaigns.
- Coordinate and set up automated CRM programs to improve customer retention and repeat purchase.
- Develop toolkits and guidelines to assist countries to develop their own digital presence (content, web-built, SEO, etc.) and ensure the consistency of the corporate guidelines across the globe.
- Identify the latest market trend, competitive landscape, latest innovative which can be applied to the brand.
- Measure and optimize real impact, while showing creativity to constantly define opportunities for improvement.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have at least 8 years digital marketing experience and have a passion for customer centricity. You will need to be comfortable working in a relatively autonomous role and be confident in your digital marketing ability to implement change across the business.
