Digital & E-commerce Manager
Our client is a growing, family-run Irish business specialising in high-quality utility, garden and storage products. With two Dublin locations and a thriving e-commerce operation, the business has built a strong reputation for quality, value, customer service and product expertise.

As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a Digital & E-commerce Manager to take ownership of their online presence and drive further digital and commercial growth. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the website, e-commerce performance, SEO, digital marketing, content and the overall online customer journey.

The Role
You will take ownership of the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the company’s digital, website, and e-commerce operations, ensuring the website is engaging, technically robust and commercially effective.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the company website and e-commerce platform, ensuring products, pricing, specifications, imagery and customer-facing content are accurate, engaging and up to date.
  • Build and maintain new website pages, product listings, galleries, quote forms, booking tools and other functionality designed to improve the customer journey and drive conversions.
  • Manage and optimise online enquiries, quote requests and orders, working closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective fulfilment.
  • Drive digital marketing activity across SEO, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta, social media and email marketing, including the development of promotional and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create and manage website, product, blog, FAQ and promotional content, ensuring strong copy, imagery and consistent presentation across digital channels.
  • Monitor website and e-commerce performance using Google Analytics, Search Console and other tools, reporting on traffic, leads, conversions and customer behaviour and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve technical, UX and content issues, including broken links, website performance and third-party integrations, while supporting ongoing website development.
  • Work closely with purchasing, inventory, retail showroom and installation teams to ensure online demand, stock levels, promotions and product information remain aligned.
  • Coordinate with external developers, photographers, designers and other suppliers where required.
  • Use customer feedback, market trends and performance data to continuously improve the online experience and identify new opportunities for digital and commercial growth.
  • Take ownership of digital projects and priorities, making informed decisions and adapting quickly within a growing, entrepreneurial business.

What You'll Need
  • Essential requirement: 3+ years' experience in e-commerce or website management, with strong hands-on responsibility for an online platform.
  • Broad digital marketing experience across areas such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, social media and digital campaigns.
  • Strong experience with WordPress, Shopify or a similar CMS.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with web development experience highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Experience managing product content, e-commerce functionality and online customer journeys.
  • Experience with digital advertising, email marketing and social media platforms.
  • Commercially minded, analytical and comfortable using data to drive decisions.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Full driving licence and access to your own car is preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded digital and website professional to take genuine ownership of an established Irish business's digital and e-commerce growth, with the scope to make a tangible impact across website performance, customer experience and online sales.
