A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Manager to join this business as they are in the process of building their CRM strategy around their new implementation.
If you are strategic, with strong communication planning across a large customer base then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
Based in the City Centre, you’ll be joining a vibrant and fast paced environment that is collaborative and flat structured.
Key responsibilities:

Manage the CRM programme and segmentation for the business. |
|
Work with Marketing, Product & Pricing collaboratively to identify and develop segments within the markets that we work within. |
|
Developing insight led propositions from concept to launch and manage implementation. |
|
Develop targeted marketing plans & campaigns to drive product performance to hit targets. |
|
Brief campaigns to internal Marketing partners (e.g. creative, email marketing) and managing campaigns through to conclusion. |
|
Work with external partners to continually enhance and develop strategic and tactical campaigns. |
|
Work with Pricing to agree ROI targets. |
Your profile…
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years working within CRM marketing with experience in a management role where you have owned the CRM strategy.
