- Reporting into the Marketing Director this position works across a range of fantastic brands within numerous International regions
- The focus being to manage the relationship between the customer and brands ensuring the CRM strategy is future-focused to bring growth in customer value and growth in automated data driven communications.
- Leading a high-performing team, where you will own, adapt and evolve their CRM initiatives across the entire organisation.
- You must have a strong CRM background where you are digitally-minded with clear achievements in the delivery of data-driven communication strategies and platforms
- Delivered CRM strategies across a large-scale, high volume consumer base where you have worked across numerous markets/regions, ideally within a highly regulated environment.
- A natural passion to lead high-performing teams where you inspire through vision and innovation.
- Excellent relationship management working at a senior stakeholder level within a large international organisation.
- Overall you will have a hunger for results, be customer obsessed, be a big thinker and driven to win together.
