CRM Analyst required for a well-known retailer on a 9-12 month maternity contract

A great opportunity has come up to work as CRM Analyst, reporting into the CRM and Loyalty Manager.

You will be responsible for working with Alterian CRM system, segmenting customer profiles for the purpose of delivering targeted direct marketing activity via post, email, mobile, app and online channels. You will analyse consumer behaviour and segment the database via SQL queries.

To be considered for this position you will need:

• 5+ years CRM and analysis
• Proven track record of analytic ability and segmentation
• Experience with SQL
