Job Title: Consumer Research and Data Analysis Lead
Location: Dublin (Hybrid 2/3 days onsite / 2/3 from home)
We are a leading Irish consumer-based organization seeking a highly motivated and experienced Consumer Research and Data Analysis Lead. Our goal is to provide the best products and services to our customers, while continuously improving our business practices.
The Consumer Research and Data Analysis Lead will participate in, and where relevant develop, the framework and KPIs that enable the Proposition programme to successfully deliver the organisation's overall vision. The successful candidate will direct, lead, and continuously improve the Strategic Analysts function. Proactively leading and acting as an internal consultant to derive actionable insights that inform our strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with the Proposition team to identify and develop new business high-value opportunities with a key focus on unlocking value.
- Support wider teams in trial analysis or business case development to demonstrate initiative impact/value while supporting prioritization.
- Ensure performance is optimized against best practice through relevant benchmarking.
- Ensure timely availability of clear information and performance indicators to support the business.
- Lead and direct the Strategic Analyst team in successfully delivering identified work required to achieve above activities while supporting individuals in the team in achieving their role potential.
- Ensure analytics and reporting are aligned with priorities outlined.
- Utilize appropriate data sources, analytics, and data visualization tools for each analysis as well as identifying new data source opportunities & ways to bring sources together.
- Ensure report design & analysis include insights or recommendations that will enable targeted action.
- Collaborate across the wider group including central analytics teams.
- Regularly review, update, & enhance existing reports & analyses
- Support prioritization of system development & other systems used for BI & data analysis
- Define, lead & operate within a continuous improvement & change environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics or related field required
- 5+ years of experience in consumer research and data analysis
- Experience leading a team of analysts to deliver insights that drive strategic initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in statistical software such as R or SAS
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability
