Communications Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a large and growing Irish organisation operating across Ireland and Europe. This is a broad, hands-on communications role where you will help shape and deliver both internal and external communications during a key phase of growth and transformation.

Working closely with leadership teams and colleagues across the business, you will play a key role in keeping people informed, engaged and connected, while also supporting wider brand and corporate communications activity.

The Role

• Lead internal communications across the organisation
• Create engaging content including newsletters, presentations, updates and campaigns
• Support leadership communications and key business announcements
• Partner with HR and wider teams on engagement, change and ESG communications
• Support events, projects and wider communications initiatives
• Work with external partners and agencies where required

About You

• Around 8 + years’ communications experience, either in-house or agency side
• Excellent writing and content creation skills
• Experience delivering internal communications and engagement initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Creative, proactive and highly organised
• Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint, Canva and video editing
