Campaign Planner
Are you a campaign planner with at least 3 years’ experience in campaign planning and execution? Are you interested in joining a leading Irish insurance brand? Reporting into the head of marketing you will be tasked with executing all direct communications to the vast customer base. This will be achieved through the development and management of targeted marketing campaigns including email, direct mail, SMS and outbound campaigns.
Key responsibilities;

Champion the campaign planning and execution for all direct customer communication.

Complete post campaign analysis and liaise with Go to Market team on opportunities to improve performance.

Working cross-functionally with other internal partners & stakeholders

Implement a new CRM platform and be the marketing expert of this platform to maximise all new capabilities.

Design and implement all new life cycle management campaigns for each segment within the customer base.
To be considered for this opportunity you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position. You will be extremely organized with a keen eye for attention to detail and previous experience working with a CRM/Email platform.
