Campaign Marketing Manager – B2B

If you’ve a passion for delivering high-performing, engaging campaigns in the B2B space then we want to speak to you. As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll own the campaign strategy, execution, and budget for lead generation activity. Reporting to the sales and marketing director, you’ll be central in their effort to achieve pipeline and revenue goals and execute campaigns against core buyer segments to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and grow sales.

What you will do:

  • Demand Generation campaigns, including setting strategy, developing forecasts, evaluating appropriate budget levels, and measuring results.
  • Develop strategies for both acquiring net new leads and nurturing leads that drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent across all channels including ABM, email, webinars, partners, paid programs and virtual events.
  • Ensure world-class quality of any marketing materials that are produced, including web content, webinars, emails, events, white papers, ROI studies, ads, graphics, and videos.
  • Work on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both strategic thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution.
  • Manage marketing automation system and integration with CRM to ensure lead capture, lead actioning and lead flow to sales and attribute campaign success
  • Communicate across all levels of the sales team on a regular basis about new and nurtured lead performance results
  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with third party agencies and resources. Leverage global marketing resources to deliver on objectives and find ways to invent and simplify to address sales need.

What you need to do the job:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of study
  • Relevant 8+ years broad based B2B marketing experience with strong digital experience
  • You have proven experience in B2B campaign management with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth.
  • You have industry knowledge of demand generation methods, including creating a funnel, nurture strategies, ABM, marketing automation, digital, online, and live/virtual events
  • You have a track record of acquiring customers and expanding brand presence through innovative strategies and execution
  • You are an analytically driven decision maker, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions
  • Experience working with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms would be a plus
  • Experience in creating data-led ABM marketing campaigns and programmes a plus
