We are partnering with a leading Irish organisation to hire a Campaign & Digital Manager to drive high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across a well-known consumer brand. This is a brilliant opportunity to work at scale, collaborate with strong internal teams, and push creative and media performance in a meaningful way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end campaign delivery across brand and performance channels
- Translating business priorities into clear, insight-led campaign strategies
- Working closely with creative and media agencies to deliver standout work
- Driving campaign performance, optimisation and post-campaign analysis
- Bringing fresh thinking to creative in a competitive, low-interest category
- Collaborating across teams (PR, digital, sponsorship, CRM) to deliver joined-up campaigns
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in a campaign, brand or digital marketing role
- Strong experience delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns
- Confident working with agencies and challenging for better creative output
- Strong grasp of media planning, digital channels and performance metrics
- Commercially minded, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
