Business Strategy Manager – FMCG
A leading global business is seeking a business insights professional to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a unique role which will see you working closely with the marketing team as well as the overall leadership team to drive major projects on the company’s global agenda. Key to this role is the strong ability to translate complex / data into real insights and bring this to life for stakeholders.
Your overall responsibilities will include
- Working across various projects including expansion into markets, pricing, etc.
- Leading the development, implementation and follow through of the business’ 3-year plan
- Working on continual business and market intelligence projects – extracting insights from key data sources; working with and getting best value from third party suppliers; working to develop a system to track competitor intelligence; staying abreast of current trends
To be considered for this position you must have proven project management skills with the ability to communicate and influence with cross functional colleague at all level. Superior analytical and business acumen skills are essential including financial data, market data, business forecasts, etc. As this role will work closely with the marketing team, ideally a basic level of brand strategy and planning is desirable.
