Core duties of the Brand Marketing Lead will include:
- Acting as the custodian of the organisation’s brand, ensuring a clear and consistent identity across all channels and communications
- Developing and refining messaging frameworks to support key programmes, initiatives, and audience segments
- Planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
- Coordinating campaign activity end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Creating and overseeing high-quality content across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, web, and print
- Bringing brand stories to life through engaging storytelling that highlights impact, community, and key initiatives
- Using data and performance insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise activity
- Gathering audience insights and behavioural trends to inform content, campaigns, and overall communication strategy
- Supporting the delivery of events by ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence and aligned communications
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and effective marketing activity
- Managing priorities, workflows, and resources across multiple projects to ensure delivery against deadlines
Skills and experience you will need for the Brand & Communications Lead role:
- 5+ years’ experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles
- Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content performance
- Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance and optimising campaigns
- Experience within a membership, education, or regulated environment
- Understanding of professional development or training-based organisations
