Junior Brand Manager

A leading, Irish FMCG company are looking for a new Junior Brand Manager to join their consumer marketing team here in Dublin. This role will afford you the opportunity to work with the senior brand manager and brand team to win in the market through delivery of multi-dimensional BTL consumer campaigns.

What you could be doing

This role is a full time permeant opportunity and is primarily focused on maintaining a bank of materials and resources enabling each function to go to market consistently and effectively.

In order to achieve this you would have several areas of responsibility:

• Support all aspects of NPD within the brand which includes liaising with R&D and agency.
• Support the development of pricing and promotion strategies, brand performance tracking & bottom up analysis for setting of brand targets.
• Responsible for the implementation of go to market strategy for renovation and innovation projects.
• Work with the brand team to analyse pre and post launch of marketing activities.
• Drive excellence across trade execution and facilitate packaging update requirements.
• Support production plans to deliver integrated brand campaigns and activations.

The experience

The organisation is looking for someone with 3 years’ experience with a background in the FMCG sector. You should be commercially focused and a good communicator who is capable of managing various stakeholders at the same time.
