A leading Irish Media Publisher is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC. Key responsibility for this role is to drive subscriptions and customer engagement for a new digital product offering.
- Grow subscription base across their portfolio of digital products
- Direct marketing to drive engagement and subscription growth in accordance with KPIs.
- Building relationships with customers to reduce churn, increase engagement and use existing customer base to market their product offerings.
- Planning and management of marketing strategy for key digital offering.
- Regular engagement and liaising with users; fostering deeper long-term engagement.
- Promoting special offers to members; and additional rewards for recruiting new subscribers.
- Analysis of user data to help improve the product offering
- Working with web designers to optimize online customer experience and engagement.
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Relevant qualification (multi-media communications/ business/ digital marketing )
- Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated professional
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Competent and active user of social media
